IRIS Integration was founded in 2006 by Gerald and Andrew Ritchie.

IRIS has grown and changed over the years by working with our clients to adapt to changing market requirements and needs. In 2023 we are a fully fledged ECPM Company.

We have worked on projects throughout Australia for many years and in 2018 we started to grow a permanent presence in Victoria when Martin Berriman joined the team as our Operations Manager for Victoria. In 2020 we secured office space in North Melbourne for the growing Victorian team.

In 2021 we announced the expansion of our Queensland office, under the guidance of Mark Porter, our Queensland Operations Manager, with the addition of a dedicated Mechanical Department. With this strategic move, we are taking a giant leap forward in our ability to offer comprehensive solutions to our valued clients in Queensland and beyond.

To better serve our clients in Victoria and Tasmania, we have brought on board a dedicated and highly skilled Project Manager. This strategic move marks our commitment to delivering exceptional project management services tailored specifically to the unique needs of the Victoria and Tasmania regions.

To start off 2023, we are looking to Western Australia, where we have added a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to our team, to cover our western projects. As we partner with our clients to manage projects in Western Australia, the addition of a dedicated Control Systems Engineer further solidifies our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes and we will look to expand into this territory in coming months.
